The Mountains

Where patrols take place and the ocasional stroll in the mountains.

"Alright. Let's split up. I'll go down hill, Hawknight will go that way." she mewed, nodding to her right. "Honeymoon, you go that way." Shadestep nodded to her left. "Let's get to hunting then, shall we?"

-Stonestep, I want you to be part of this so can you godmod Hawknight for me?-

Hawknight loved the way Shadepelt took charge. "Okay." Hawknight then pelt off in the direction in which she pointed to.

Shadestep bounded downhill. If she caught sight of a heron, she'd rip it to shreads.

It wasnt long before he spotted a heron. Hawknight launched himself into the air and snapped the heron's neck

Shadestep saw a large heron just ahead and slipped into a crouch. Then she pounced, ripping her claws into it's feathers .

Hawknight fell down with his kill and got back up to his paws and padded away to find more

-Does MountainClan eat herons?-

Shadestep hid the heron so that she could retreave it later.

Hawknight, after a while of killing herons, he went back and retrieved them. He ended up killing four herons. I wonder how many Shadestep caught? Hawknight thought.

Shadestep padded back to the place the patrol had split up with 4 or 5 herons. "I wonder how many the others caught." she mumbled to herself.

Hawknight folowed the trail he had taken and found himself near where Shadestep told them to split off. He heard something in the mountains and pricked his ears. Next thing he knew, Shadestep came to the same place he was. "Shadestep! I thought you were a predator!" Hawknight exclaimed.

She laughed "That's nice to hear." then she dumped the herons down. "Might as well rest while we wait for Honeymoon." Shadestep said.

Hawknight dropped of his kill and then layed down to rest.

"These pesky herons gave us enough trouble!" Shadestep huffed.

"I know." Hawknight mewed while he set his head on his paws.

"How did it go?" Honeymoon asked as she found them

"Fine." Hawknight mewed stifly as he stood up and washed his face quickly.

"Are you alright?" Shadestep asked, looking worriedly into Hawknight's eyes.

"I'm fine. Dont worry." Hawknight mewed.

"Are you sure?" Shadestep asked, coming closer.

Hawknight let out a purr of amusement, "Yes, I'm fine."

"Okay, I want all of the Clan's warriors in tiptop shape!" she laughed.

Hawknight smiled. He couldnt shake away the fact on how sweet and beautiful shadestep was.
